Amongst the tropical fruits is the pride of the Philippines, such as the Carabao Mango. This is actually called the sweetest mango in the world, and once you try one, you could comprehend why! The smooth, golden flesh is that juicy and so sweet as if you're biting into a piece of sunshine. This fruit is a must-try for anyone who visits the Philippines, whether to be enjoyed fresh, made into shakes, or used in desserts like mango float.
How do you enjoy Carabao Mango best? Fresh? Smoothie? As a dessert? Share your favorite ways to relish this deliciousness!

Eating too much mango will lead to diabetes.
Marang is my most favorite fruits in the Philipines.

That's a myth. Fruits are safe, as they have fructose. Glucose rise causes sugar fluctuations. I am type 1.5 diabetic dependent on Insulin from a very young age. But I enjoy mangoes throughout the mango season without any sugar fluctuations. I eat all kinds of fruits. I just need to burn the extra calories and cut on other carbohydrates. So, when I have mangoes, I will have them as a full bowl as a complete meal, not adding any other carbohydrates. We need to learn these as per our body to keep our sugar in control.

I love mangoes. In India, we have huge varieties of them, more than a hundred to name. I tried mangoes in Bali and Phuket. They were too delicious. I would definitely try mangoes if I ever get a chance to visit Phillipines.

It sounds fantastic. I don't think I've ever had a mango. I'm glad you enjoy it.
