First day at work...

After 9 days of semester break, I am back to work today. Good morning from this side of the planet 
. It's 9:30 AM as I write this post. We woke up to a wet and gloomy morning after night long heavy rain. It is still cloudy and drizzling. My colleague gave me lift in her car to the work today morning. I have got my umbrella, in case I have to walk back in this drizzle. No signs of Sun and I feel that it will stay this way whole day. It's cold and I am wearing a light jacket
My first session went well here. The other two sessions are not there as these two children are absent. Many families are still on their way back from the travel that they would have planned during the holidays. Today, the attendance in lower grades is very thin.
My last session is from 11 - 12, a group art session with a group of Grade 5 children. I plan to start some God's eye with them. I have got my materials ready. Out of the 25 children in Grade 5, they will come in group of 5 each day for an hour. They are divided in group of 5 for art, cooking, carpentry and free games.
I am keeping Diwali decoration as theme for the artwork that I am going to do for the rest of the days till 27 th of the month. Then we have a five days holiday for Diwali.
For the next two hours, I will sit here on my desk, finish some work( assignment and worksheets) and do some bit of online hustles.
. As I sip my hot coffee, I will read and respond to your posts. I will move to my assignment research once the coffee is over.

We are waiting for the sun. We have not seen sun since Monday. It has been raining and drizzling non stop. The city was on red alert after 48 hours of continuous pouring. Many parts were flooded. Government declared a holiday on Wednesday and advised everyone to stay indoors.
Today it's not raining, just gloomy clouds and drizzling. We have this kind of weather predictions till this weekend.
I am not a tea or coffee person. But yes, I do enjoy them occasionally. The coffee that they serve in our teachers room at that time is really good. I would grab it from time to time

That's one perk for working in school. We get enough holidays. In an entire academic year, there are only 175-185 working days.. These days, even I don't get break as I am doing one course from June. The classes, assignments, homework and research project is overwhelming and takes away a lot of time. But I am enjoying it.

Oh! It seems like you are getting close to colder days. Winters are almost around the corner. The rain continued here today, but mostly light drizzling throughout the day. Monday has started well. I am hoping that rest of the week goes good too.

Good to see you have started the break , with well organized and systematic way of dealing with things. Thats a great start. I do have rain for past few days at where I live and heavy at times. However, weather is ok and well as usual I am working on my tasks and activities and getting them cleared. As I clear my to-do list , few things spring up in suprise and well hopefully , I can clear some fo the activities and have some more free time per day. I also need to ensure that going forward I have proper sleep as I am not having 7 hours of sleep due to my own fault. You have a great day ahead!

I make a to do list every night before hitting the bed for next day. Helps me stay focused. Yes, few things come up and we go off track. And many a times, the mood and health also doesn't cooperate.
Anyways, if we finish 60 percent of what is planned, I call it a productive day.
Hope you can manage your time well and get a good sleep of 7 hours. That's very important for good health.

Winter is around the corner.
We don't get summer or winter in my city, it's the same pleasant weather throughout the year. In the last ten days, rain is creating havoc here.

I am busy with one course that I have started this June. These homework, assignments and project research are for that course. That's keeping me busy these days.
