I needed some warm patches for my body stiffness and i went to a thrift store where i sometimes find these patches; not every time but i decided to go.
In front of the store, there was a sign of 20% discount on everything but i had some experiences in other stores that that kind of discount applies to only certain merchandise or something fishy written in smaller letters but, in this store, it was true and i felt good buying 3 patches and receiving a small discount.
It wasn't much but i appreciated it.
Also, i thought it was for Halloween or Black Friday occassion but it wasn't the case; way too early. why they decided to put it, still not sure but it made me smile and i don't usually smile a lot.
It was a pleasant morning.
P.s. Joseph Morgan as Klaus from the Vampire Diaries series. I'm bumping into this series on telly again

In India Durga puja was just over and Diwali is drawing near, so most of the stores are offering discounts.

@grenery8 I make my own food and sometimes order from the restaurant. I love the discount I get for clothes and electronic goods.

@grenery8 Yes, Stefan sacrificed himself but the both brothers were planning for Damon and him to die, I guess!! The end killed my heart!! Caroline was wronged!

20% off in thrift store sounds amazing hahah have you heard of textil house?
they had discounts like 20%, then 50% and then 70% off ON EVERYTHING, then it goes 5BAM, 2BAM, 1BAM.
there were the times when it would go even to 0,5BAM, but the clothes would usually be gone really quick hahah i once bought sweater and two shirts for 1,5BAM (not even 1EUR)

@grenery8 it's not online store, it's a real life store. i don't know if you got it in Zagreb, but there were few in Sarajevo and i think one in Tuzla there are probably some in Mostar too

I remember that TV series but since I have lots of assignments in school I was not able to watch it weekly.
I hope your body is okay now, it is great to get any discount to whatever you are buying, on my personal experience it is always a good feeling.

thank you. i didn't use patches yet, these ones but today, i am good and thank you for asking. i am watching reruns now but i understand you. i know i haven't watched finale season; i mean, they were airing it for almost 10 years, it seems.

Life is full of ups and downs and similarly surprises and shocks are part of it. You got a decent discount when it was not the time of the year or there was any occasions as such. I would say, enjoy these little surprises and be happy and smiling on same. I recollect a few years ago, travelling 35 kms in uber for just $0.06. Thats right 6 cents .It was a good saving for me and well I was happy for the same. It was the only time I received such a huge discount from uber or anything similar. Well, appreciate the little joys which comes in our life. Enjoy the day!

Glad the planets aligned for once, so to speak, and you found what you needed at a discounted price!
I smile quite often. Last time it happened was this evening. I was walking up the stairs to my apartment as I was coming back from the basement. I was right in the middle of the stairs when the lights turned off! It was pitch black and I didn't have the phone with me I could have used as a torch. Luckily a neighbor was nearby and turned the lights back on. I don't know if he did it intentionally, but I thanked him and smiled. Actually, I almost chuckled.
