Man O MAN I am so glad that we got the floor BACK where
we were B-4 it was too late, he got it where I can be at the
computer, & where I can fill my 75 gal aquarium back up again.
If you missed that post of me explaining what I'm talking about
you can find it in my list of post a few post back to catch up.
But I'll give you a briefing on what is going on, we had to
take up what flooring he had done to redo it again cause of
a spot in the cement that was messing up the flooring he
had already laid down, SO we redid the floor in a different
way where it will work & everything lines up & lays flat.
We took some 1 x 4's & laid them out a ft apart & then
took some 1 In thick Styrofoam board & put that In
between the boards & some THIN plywood put over
that & then nailed it together made like a floating floor.
Then he put the flooring down & it feels solid & fits like
it's suppose to + we nailed every other row of flooring
so it wouldn't come apart so now it's as SOLID as can be.
I went to fill up the aquarium & being the floor hadn't had
time to settle I didn't fill it up completely, but just enough
to put some good weight on the floor so it would settle
in place B-4 I filled it up all the way, it started making
noise's so it's just like about 6 - 8 inch's deep, water wise.
I'll go put some more water in it today to see if it makes any
more noise's & then I'll stop & let it settle & just keep doing that
till I get it where I want it & PRAY nothin goes stupid on me.
I would HATE to think I get it all filled up & put what fish I have
left in it & it crash's O M G! ! ! I would be SO devastated you
would hear me scream bloody murder, I would be so mad.
But I can't blame him I can't blame any 1, we had to do what
had to be done to cover the floor & that's the ONLY way we
knew how to do it, so it is what it is & that's all there is to it.
So with THAT done MAYBE after his dr's appt tomorrow maybe
we can get BACK to where we need to be to get the rest of the
floor done where we can get the REST of the work done so I can
get back in there B-4 my pit bull thinks I've disowned him.
Stay tuned cause in a few days I'll make a video of how things
are going & what it all looks like other than STILL a mess, PEACE
I just put this video together for you to see what we've
got done, Hopefully what's left won't take all next yr.

@LindaOHio I have faith in the stand, it's the floor that worries me
cause a 75-gallon aquarium weighs around 700+ lbs. when full.

I'll find out when I go to fill the 75 gal aquarium, that's the only
thing that really concerns me more than anything else.
