Pineapples are used in several preparations such as Adobo sa Pinya, and refreshing drinks and desserts. Additionally, pineapple farming provides much employment for Filipino farmers and earns significant amounts of money for the country, which makes the pineapple not only a tasty fruit but also a great part of the country's agriculture industry. The pineapple has played an important role in the country's culture, cuisine, and economy. Indeed, it is much more than just a tasty fruit. I like pineapple fried rice, although a pineapple upside down cake is always yummy to me.

oooh we have that here too but most is on the dish.. like on adobo, fried fish, and many more
