The Philippines has some of the world's best pineapples, most especially the Formosa type grown in Bukidnon. Pineapples are used in several preparations such as Adobo sa Pinya, and refreshing drinks and desserts. Additionally, pineapple farming provides much employment for Filipino farmers and earns significant amounts of money for the country, which makes the pineapple not only a tasty fruit but also a great part of the country's agriculture industry.
