Good morning, friends.
Spring time weather is here today and so is Anita. She is changing into her working clothes, will clean some pots in the kitchen and then we´ll have breakfast. After that it will be work and work.
We will have to make good use of the sun so Juanita will work today. I want to get out of my room every possible thing that can be washed or aired in the sun. This will be part of my chores to help out with my skin problems.
When I read about my rosasea and the prescription that the doctor gave me, I discovered that that prescription (that had to be specially made for me) had ingredients almost for every situation in the planet (thanks, google dear).
One of the ingredients the cream had was against dust mites. So I decided that I would add other ways of getting rid of them. During winter there is no sun. But now, with the sun at its best, I´ll take my bed blankets and quilt and place it in full sun. So if they are there, they will die or, at least, get skin cancer
BTW, the rosacea is much better after a few days of using those very expensive creams I had to buy. I wonder why King Charles has not been able to het rid of his in all these years.
See you later. Anita is calling me.

@AmbiePam At my age it is important to see the glass half full instead of half empty.

@marguicha Are you sure that it is rosacea? Rosacea most commonly affects middle-aged women with fair skin.

I don´t think so. But dust mites are responsible for allergies.

Glad the prescription is helping with your rosacea. Good idea to put your bedding out in the sun.

Sun is one of the healthiest things we have as long as we wear sun block when we are outside

Rosacea is really the response of our immune system to a lot of agresions from the environment. This cream that the doctor concocted has weapons to fight a lot of "bugs".
