Today, I went to visit some relatives of my better half's side. I understand it's a part of my duty according to the local culture or custom. A new baby has arrived in the family. It is a custom that you go to see the baby and offer some gift or money.
There I met a niece of mine. Let's call her Molly. She is about 30 years old and still unmarried. It's a matter of worry for her parents. According to the local customs by this age girls are usually married and have their children. But Molly is still a spinster! Two years ago during Christmas, I tried to speak to other senior relatives and help her out of her situation. I failed. I said to myself let her and her mother solve her problem.
Yet, I cannot allow her to waste her life like this. There is only one life and she should take a constructive decision about her life soon. I feel it's my duty to help her parents to do whatever is needful . But how?

Not Marrying is not wasting life! One should understand her reasons and respect her decision!!

This is a tough one. In the Western world, there are many women who don't marry. Some might wish to but others are happy to stay single. Does Molly have a career or work? If she doesn't want to marry and/or have children, then she won't be a very good wife and/or mother if she is forced into it.

Molly and her parents might not like your interference in their lives .
