I've talked with the tenant's wife today completing the requirements to have the store legally opened. Unlike my brother who got caught not having a permit in their store, these tenants are hands on. I have listened as the marketing team reviews the remaining flaws to the franchise store that needs fixing. Other than that they are ready for this store.
I also learned that the previous burger stores that existed when they were still mobile were also owned by them. They've been in the business for a while now but I hope they don't screw up, a lot has spent constructing this place.
Well, it's a burger stand which I'm looking forward to have it open next week.

Hello @rakski Mom didn't want a tenant that cooks in their space but later on she change her mind.
