When I call a business and it’s by recording or bots, whatever and it’s voice activated it gets on my nerves!

. My grandsons voice from across the room or the TV from across the room will get picked up on it and it hangs up on me. Then I have to call back and go throw the million ( what seems like!) again

Does this happen to you?

Thiis is my second attempt to post. The first went somewhere up above. I do not like robots providing customer service. They don't understand anything, know anything, and are not customer service but an annoyance.

That is a good way of putting it. The trouble is that they are intruding on every aspect of our lives. They try to rewrite stories and articles I am writing. I know exactly what I want to say but they think their way is gold. Grrr!!!

@dfollin I live with a couple of other people, two cats, and a dog. There is bound to be something that is not silent or motionless.

They call it customer service. I don't feel served. I feel like no one cares as long as they get the payment. Don't dare ask about anything else.

I don't have that problem; but I do have the problem of getting caught in an automated voice system and not being able to talk to a real person. It's maddening. Have a good week.
