I can't believe that it's been that long since I was last on, alot has changed for me within that time.. so it might be a long read.
Oct 28th 23- I had weight loss surgery, it was a hard process getting to know my new stomach and what I could handle and not. So far I've lost 168 pounds and I think that's where I'm stopping. My pounds keep going up a couple then back down a few. It's been fun tho at the same time. I look like a different person...
The hard part... The ones on here that know me, know that my husband pj is a very sick person. Well he's not sick no more because he passed Sept 4th of this year. After being together for 19 years I'm all alone.
I don't think I'm going to go into much details on this post and save it for another.

Sorry for your loss, It is hard to adjust to being all alone, Do you have any pets? I have two cats and they at least provide some company,

Thank you on both, and yes it's so freaking hard being without him..18 years is a long time to be with someone and then they are gone like that.

OH damn, I'm sorry to hear that, I know that wasn't easy to get through
What kind of weight surgery did you have done to lose the weight? if I may ask.
Glad to hear that you have a new weight that you can live with & it went well.

So sorry about your husband. Almost 20 years, that's a long time. It must be very hard to cope with that while recovering from such a major surgery. I'm glad it was a success though, and you managed to lose 168 pounds, that's wonderful. You're very strong, even stronger than you realize. Take care.
