What’s for breakfast?

I had some fresh pineapple that I cut up on my way out the door this morning. It was delicious but I know I am going to regret it. I took some omeprazole (generic Prilosec) but that usually takes a couple of days to kick in. I likely will have some wicked heartburn in a bit. What did you have this morning?

Fresh pineapple is good; but it's so acidic. I had a PB&J sandwich yesterday morning. Have a good day.

I indulged in an apple cider donut and coffee for breakfast. My daughter went pumpkin picking yesterday and brought a box of donuts home.

Lazy morning for me: I put some store made seafood salad on bread. Put a half a banana beside it and called it food.

I get terrible pains occasionally which I think must be heartburn. I really have no idea. I chew a couple of QuikEze and they go away so I'm presuming that's what it might be.
