Bibb County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) Animal Enforcement Officer Rebecca Galeazzo had the assignment to remove an owl that was perched on a Christmas tree at a mansion in Macon Georgia on Saturday October 12.
The Hay House which is the name of the mansion had the owl enter the home since the window was open.
The Christmas tree was in the storage area of the mansion when Officer Galeazzo was able to remove the owl from the tree and let the owl was taken to a nearby magnolia tree unharmed.

I would love it if I had a big Christmas tree and an owl sat on the top of it,

That's the prettiest Christmas tree "decoration" I've ever seen!
It sorts of reminds me of Archimedes from the Disney's Sword in the Stone, it looks so smart. Sure, owls symbolize wisdom but this one seems to be really aware of the surroundings and looks fine where it is.
At least in that photo.

It just shows one how living close to nature will sometimes bring us an experience out of the ordinary like this on.
Maybe, a good omen for the coming year.

What a gorgeous owl. I'm glad they were able to relocate it unharmed. Have a good day.
