What's for dinner? October 21 / myLot

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I am making vegetable lasagna. I'm trying to use up what I already have in the freezer and I had a quart of leftover homemade vegetable filling so that is thawed. At this point it is just an assembly thing because I'm using no-boil noodles. Easy enough. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know! P.S. Our beloved Fredo would be having antipasti with his husband, Mike.

I never have a set mealtime, At some point today I made rice in chicken bouillon, a kind of Thai sauce and had the with chicken nuggets, Your vegetable lasagna sounds good,
