Absolutely Delightful Pistachio Cream

I love pistachios so I asked Andrea to buy me this jar to try and I have no regrets. It is expensive for a little jar but it tastes so delightful. I can taste the pistachio and it is not overly sweet. It is good as a biscuit or cookie spread. But eating it straight from the jar is my go to.

Pistacchio del Bronte from Sicily is the best, I think the one in your photo is from Sicily. I am planning to buy to make pistachio ice cream.

Yep you can spread it anywhere. In my case I put it in my biscuits and eat it straight from the jar with a spoon.
