I wrote a few months ago about us going back to my sister in New York, and all of that is happening right now. I am happy to see New York return for a new season. I was here in the spring the first time, and now that I am back in the fall, it is much different and more colorful because the trees are beginning to change color.

Been to different places in NYC already. Visited MOMA then walked around the city on our own only. We tried to ferry around the statue of liberty as well then visited the famous grand central station and Central Park. It’s tiring to do so but It’s ok its a feast on my eyes to walk around.

@aureategloom I can relate to that. At my age, I, too, get tired of roaming around. But, because the place is somewhat new, I really make an effort to use every ounce of energy I have to genuinely take advantage of the situation.

We did enjoy our trip meeting family and friends there. I especially enjoyed the weather there, which is entirely different from ours, having very sunny yet chilly weather there.

I have noticed that in my area the leaves are beginning to change color as they land on the ground.

In actuality, the drying and falling of the leaves is what the fall season is all about.

I was back home last November. Although the temperature is very different from the Philippines, I still enjoyed the place and miss it. In order to appreciate this new location once again, my wife and I are getting ready to travel to California in May for an aunt's birthday celebration.

Yes, I arrived here just as winter was coming to an end, at the beginning of spring. Ive seen the winter but not the full winter season.

Indeed, a lot has changed since my visit here in 2018. While I appreciate the change in the flowers, the colors of the forest are breathtaking.

True something unique experience for me coming from a tropical country where trees are all year round green. They may shed during summers but their color remains green all year round.

That is true just 3 weeks of our stay there we witness the transformation of trees from very colorful then slowly losing their leaves down.

Indeed, visiting a foreign country is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Seeing new things and experiencing a lot of different things outside of your hometown will help you learn more.

We've visited many locations in the city and throughout the state of New York. Being in a different season from the first time, which was spring, was enjoyable. This May, I shall return, but this time to California rather than New York, to see some relatives. I may stay there for two and a half weeks before returning home.
