I am a fan of Sonu Nigam. I song that I love very much is "Yeh Dil" from Pardes that is my favourite. Will give some write up about him Sonu Nigam was born on the 30th of July in Faridabad,Haryana. The family soon moved to Delhi where the singer spent most of his formative years. His father Agam Kumar's passion for music was soon imbibed by Sonu in his early years and he soon began training under him.He studied only till the 12th standard in Delhi and coming to Mumbai he decided on a correspondence graduate program . Life was not smooth for the aspiring singer. To support himself he started taking on bit roles in movies. Many people do not know this but Sonu Nigam acted as a child artiste in films like Kaamchor, Ustadi Ustad Se, Hum Se Hai Zamana, Taqdeer and Betaab. Along with his father he also started singing in birthdays and marriage ceremonies in Delhi.

well well well .......himesh might be good at music but in now way is he match for super Sonu !! the versatility , depth , range , knowledge and the perception that sonu has is goin to ages for himesh even to come newer near it. in my view there is hardly ne one who can be compared with sonu in the present times except for shaan n hari haran tht too only in a few songs. versatile sonu can never be compared with monotonous himesh !!!

yes sonu is not only better he is very good singer ! but all singers has their way of speaking and other , so sonu is one of the famous and good singer

Well buddy no one can compare himself wid sonu in contemporary cinema He is no doubt the king of bollywood whn comes to singing Himesh has produced some gr8 song but whats the shelf life of those songs? 3 months at most but sonu nigam’s song are to listen again and again he has intricate quality .so for me sonu nigam is visible

you just cant compare sonu with himesh reshammia sonu is far far better singer then himesh in fact i saw an interview of himesh on a tv channel in whish he himself has accepted that sonu is the no 1 singer in INDIA at present

sonu nigam is my all time favorate, but when it come to quality of singing i dont think that himesh is any way less than sonu. because i enjoy his song also. i dont think that there is any compitition between them.

ya sonu nigam is class..ya its ok that himesh is in form now but remember form is temporary but class is permanent..thats why Kishore Kumar is our boss he is the greatest..

see both r good and both r excel in their own way...the voice modulations and voice effect is diff for both..sonu is best ..also himesh is best in his compositions and other singings....
