..later, I finally got some resolution.
The first 2 agents were very stubborn and rude.
The 3rd guy could realize that I was not giving up.
So that is my morning.
I finally got my refund.
This was Walmart by the way.
Did it sometimes take you a few times before you got your refund?

Yes, it can. I was automatically charged for virus protection after using it as a free trial. Very sneaky how they have you set up to buy when the trial ends. I needed a couple of calls to my credit card company then to the service to finally get it straightened out.

Most of my dealings are with Amazon in and I get my refunds without issues.

I'm so mad at Walmart and I applaud you for getting your refund. I ordered a nightgown weeks ago and it was delayed in shipping so I asked for a refund. I was told that I would get a refund when I received the item and could then return it for a refund. So far it still hasn't arrived and I'm out the money and the nightgown.

Isn't that so petty of them? I got so mad this morning talking to this 'young one' on the phone and said what are you and accountant for Walmart?
Oh now that is so stupid what they are saying to you..so annoying!
They really do have to refund you..that is not okay. So sorry.

I remember a few years ago ordering a laptop online and I never received it and the email said it was delivered. I was home all day and saw the mailman when he came. I did not get the laptop. I call them and told them I was home and received no laptop.
Get this the person on the other end told me to go door to door asking people if they had my laptop. Do you believe that???
I told them no refund my money. They told me there was nothing that I could do. I called the credit card company and they did not pay them.
I never ordered from them again.

I believe that..some of those customer SVC do not know what they are saying or doing.
Yes good to pay with credit..then you can get them to sort it out. And get your refund.
