Yes, it can. I was automatically charged for virus protection after using it as a free trial. Very sneaky how they have you set up to buy when the trial ends. I needed a couple of calls to my credit card company then to the service to finally get it straightened out. Persistence pays off good job OT

Glad that finally worked out! I don't know about returns, but I am hating customer service on the whole these days. A lot of then don't know how to speak professionally (lack of manners!) and they talk down to you. Awful.

Most of my dealings are with Amazon in and I get my refunds without issues.

I'm so mad at Walmart and I applaud you for getting your refund. I ordered a nightgown weeks ago and it was delayed in shipping so I asked for a refund. I was told that I would get a refund when I received the item and could then return it for a refund. So far it still hasn't arrived and I'm out the money and the nightgown.

you did it but you worked for it. sometimes it takes even zero times and they don't give it to me.

I remember a few years ago ordering a laptop online and I never received it and the email said it was delivered. I was home all day and saw the mailman when he came. I did not get the laptop. I call them and told them I was home and received no laptop. Get this the person on the other end told me to go door to door asking people if they had my laptop. Do you believe that??? I told them no refund my money. They told me there was nothing that I could do. I called the credit card company and they did not pay them. I never ordered from them again.
