Is web designing difficult to learn ?

Is web designing difficult to learn, and what about jobs and salary, please share your views...

Web designing is not difficult to learn. In fact, it's probably one of the easiest well-paying computer jobs out there. If you are a creative person I think you'd be pretty good at it. :)
