For almost a week now, every single night I am unable to get peaceful sleep. I am waking up in the middle, because of some random dreams.
No matter what I do, no matter what I think before sleeping, the only thing happening is that I am dreaming
Well, they are not exactly nightmares, but some very random, which indeed make no or very little sense to my life.
The only thing that is repetitive in them is my DOG.
I am unable to decode this, and now I am tired as well.
Can some one suggest what to do...

Do not attach any meaning to the random dreams. Most people do go through all of these and there are no encoding and decoding required , unless there is a consistent dream or nightmare which is recurring. Perhaps you are stressed or anxious and that is subconciously reflecting through your dreams. One work on your stress factors if any and close them in whatever way possible. Second, read funny or comical books before sleeping and think only on positive or funny things which are futuristic. That will train your brain slowly to look away from such things. And perhaps if possible spend sometime with your dog and make it happy. Good luck!

This happens with me some times. I don't try to decode them.. it's futile as we are not sure of the authenticity of that. I just try to distract myself. The phase will pass.
