My husband's 2nd cousin is taking me to the dentist today (10/24) for a routine cleaning. Tomorrow she will be coming over to make copies for the appeal and to work on my to-do list.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken cacciatore, spaghetti, 2 servings of mixed veggies, banana
Dessert/Snack - Pumpkin spice muffin
Dinner - Turkey/Swiss sandwich

I made another "who knows what you call it." I'd call it a simple stir fry, I guess, since I made it in the wok. But I just diced up some kielbasa and added in chopped cabbage, orange pepper, and onions, then added some teriyaki sauce and a little garlic powder and served it over a bed of hot, white rice. It was good eats!

@LindaOHio I don't like turkey sausage at all. In fact, most turkey things are meh. Like turkey bacon. Why bother?

Spaghetti at Fazoli’s for lunch, chicken & cheese stuffed baked potato at a BBQ place in Paducah for dinner. And apples, of course.

I hope that all goes well with the dentist appointment. And all gets done on your to do list. Your meals look good.
I just had my lunch an hour back. It was chapati, ridge gourd and lentils cooked together and raw banana fry. Had curd and cucumber salad as side dish.

@LindaOHio It's a staple thing in our lunch. We have lentils in some way everyday for lunch.
