I fasted. I drank two black coffee and water only. I just don't feel hungry today. Maybe the weather. It's been raining the whole day. We thought it would be better since there was no rain the whole night until early this morning. The rain started at 9am and since then it has been raining nonstop with strong winds. We have to be out today for an important appointment that cannot be cancelled. Now we are cruising the flood going home. How I wish we could just stayed home but was not given a choice. Hope to home safely soon.

Hope you were able to get to your appointment and back home safely. Having to go out in weather like that is scary.

I practice intermittent fasting for 14 hours minimum. I decide to do that to primarily lose weight. But now it is not the only reason. This is to teach my stomach not to eat more at night time, and to allow my stomach to process the food I ate before fasting. But yesterday I was not just hungry and there was really not a lot of time to eat

That would be such a nuisance having to go out when the weather was so bad.

Be careful..You need to really watch it in the storm. The only time I fast is if I am required to and it is usually just overnight.

Wow, you took a huge risk, I hope you'll get back home safely too. And I hope you manage to eat something too, unless you're fasting with purpose. But you said you just don't feel hungry, I think it might be stress on top of the weather.

yes, it was a risk and we were glad we got home safely. we were able to eat. We bought food in a drive through so we can still travel while eating
