Hello, myLot!

Went to get the mail--which was all so important it went into the garbage before I got too far away from the mailbox. At least there were no bills.
So far my step counter app says I have 8,205 steps, which is, if I'm reading this right, 1,712 more steps than I had at this time yesterday. 
When I got home, I got a call from the agency that's giving me my ride to my appointment tomorrow. That seems like it's all set. No food and no caffiene tomorrow before my appointment. One of the ladies I spoke to the other day said I could bring "a snack" with me, which I certainly will do.
I've decided to take a break from cleaning, since tomorrow I won't be home for most of the day, and over the weekend I'll gear up for more cleaning next week. I'm happy with the way things are going so far.
