Do bats look eerie even in the daytime when it's bright?

We saw these bats in the wildlife park we visited last weekend. They do may it eerie, even in the bright daylight. Their rat like face, hanging upside down and their weird looking wings all add to the eerie feeling. Do you think bats look scary?

I think the big fruit bats are kind of cool. I saw a zoo program in which the keepers wore special vests so that the bats could hold on. They were quite tame. Have a good weekend.

Yes;they look eerie. Here there is a very;old;abandoned building.I have often seen flying in and out from it.People say the building is haunted.Bats keep shrieking there. It sounds scary.
