So far I'm not as stressed out. Well, maybe a little. When we have to go somewhere for an appoitment it always makes me crazy because I want to get there on time and allow for travel time. But there's always a million little things that need doing and I always worry I'm going to run out of time.
I know I just need to take some time to breathe and get things done.
At least the weather is plesent so I've got that going for us. It won't be bad going out.

Setting works ranging from most priority to least priority will help in such situations!

Works fine if it's just me, but doesn't work when I need a crowbar to get my husband off thecouch.

I feel you, I have the tendency to go into freeze mode and get way less done than usual, making sure I get there on time is certainly my top priority as well. I hope everything goes alright.

@somewitch Oh, I have. You have no idea how well-seasoned I am at this. Like I've mentioned before, George up and moving when he doesn't want to move is the hard part of doing anything.

@kaylachan It's normal you've had a hard time with timing, it's not like you go to appointments every day so you aren't used to it. But I hope you'll master it eventually.

Yeah, that was not fun. George has been a bit slugish for the last few days.

I know how you feel needing time to catch your breath before doing something that needs to be done.

Well I mean running around manic isn't going to fix things. I just have to take a moment and regroup.

@kaylachan The same with me when I am at work behind a desk. I need to take some time to rest myself.

I always freak out about being on time...my husband was and is always the procrastinator. Have a good weekend.

I understand how you feel. It always makes me worried when there is an appointment. I want to arrive on time, as I dislike being late. This is why I usually prepare in advance for my appointments.

When I have to travel alone , I calculate backwards from the moment I should reach the destination to figure my start time and add extra 30 minutes. This helps me to navigate through certain uncertainities that can occur due to traffic block or me not rushing through things like a machine etc. When travelling with a group , I mention 45 minutes early so that I do not have rush through things. Many a time, people tend to start late and we would be rushing through things. So adding a buffer in the calculations helps to peacefully travel. Perhaps you can try this tip if it helps. There are definitely a zillion things to do before we start and usually at last minute. Enjoy the weekend!
