I went to get my mail, and it turned out to be one envelope from people wanting money. It went straight into the garbage. Now I am here typing this oh-so exciting post and thinking of going over to my other table and doing some Bible study. Only 3,130 steps so far today, but honestly, I don't really feel like trying to make the goal of 6,000. Maybe I will tomorrow. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

You can allow yourself rest days you know. It's healthy to allow yourself a bit of a break.

@Christianna I've never set large goals for myself. I just do my best with what I have. Being a caregiver I don't go out as much as I used to. But, I do need to figure out the finicals and get George to go a couple places with me. Getting him up and moving is going to help in his recovory.
