What is your favorite dish to get at a Chinese restaurant?

I am going out for Chinese tomorrow. I will get Cashew Chicken which is my favorite and what I nearly always get. I was considering Kung Pao Chicken, a former favorite, but why mess with perfection? What Chinese dish do you like to get?

There´s a duck at my favorite restaurant that you have to ask for only when more people want it too. It has lots of sides, including paper thin crepes, jam and bunch onions

@snowy22315 Peking duck originates from Beijing (Peking), China. It's a popular dish in many places in China and Hong Kong.

Everything . Yum yum yum. I love moo shu pork . . . it's pork and vegetables served in a thin pancake. A Chinese burrito, sort of.

@snowy22315 IF the food is breaded and fried to the correct temperature fried food is fine by me. Nothing soggy, thank you.

The Chinese buffets are pretty good and allow you to sample alot of foods. They vary in quality though.

I like Cashew Chicken, too. Also, Broccoli and Chicken, or Orange Chicken. All are good. But the portions are HUGE. I always end up taking mine home for another meal.
