Went to Wet Market

Philippines
October 26, 2024 2:17am CST
Early in the morning my mom and I went to the wet market it is ten minutes away from our apartment. The wet market is already open at 2 - 3 Am in the morning and some of the store are 24/7 waiting for all the fresh livestock delivery from different provinces. If you want the best fresh meats, fishes, chickens, and other seafood that you like you better be there at 4 or 5 AM, because when you get there 6 or 7 AM the good ones are almost sold out. When you go there at around 8 AM or 9 AM most of the store are closed or they only have a few livestock to sell. Anyway we were there before 6 AM and you can see on the photo the meat that we bought, my mom will cook mechado, menudo and kare-kare and lengua for tomorrow's celebration. That's my update for today, be back later. How's your Friday/Saturday doing?

Yes, and some of them are waiting there for 24/7 to really get the best and fresh deliveries of goods. Every night there are different suppliers coming from different nearby provinces.
