I picked a pocket full of beans

The green string beans are still producing. I picked 23 of 'em but only 2 yellow wax beans. Guess I'm gonna have beans for dinner today. And some pasta. Maybe I'll dump a can of tomato soup on everything and pretend it's a gourmet meal. I'm to tired to do anything else.
And why am I tired?
I took down the shanty shed I put up when the nasty ol' wind destroyed my metal garden shed a few years back.

@celticeagle I've grown Scarlet Runners before but not in a few years, but seem to recall they do lose their purpleness when cooked.

@BarBaraPrz .......Not sure. Just grow purple and when you cook them they turn green.

It's very cold here this morning... 1°C/34°F and only going up to 13°C/55°F. Time to pull out the wooly underwear. But wait! By Tuesday, it's supposed to go back up in the 20's!

@BarBaraPrz By Wednesday it's going to warm up here...then in a couple of days it will cool off again. As long as it doesn't s**w, it can do this up and down thing for as long as it wants!!!
