Christmas during the pandemic

It did not stop me from giving some good time to seniors in an old age home. It was not the usual grand affair but did create memories spending time with these seniors
We all wore masks but the seniors had no maks on them which I found a bit odd.
There was Santa, gifts, singing and games with snacks. I had organised lunch for them and we too had lunch in our own homes. All those who attended the event got the same food that I had arranged to send through the caterer.
A memory created.

The pandemic did not stop us from celebrating Christmas, but I did not give a children's party at that time which we usually hold in the street.

Same here. I chose the seniors from an old age home instead.

@florelway Here most seniors that are at old age homes have families but they have no facilities to take care of them at home.

@allknowing I wish there is an old age home in my place. Seniors here are under the care of their families so it is very pitiful for those who have no immediate family.
