What Do You Suggest?

I need for my belly to shrink fast. Need to lose around 5 pounds fast and quick. I can't jog, never could. I could never run even in youth. I could go to the Rec center but that costs money. I could not eat for a few days and lose water weight. But that is only temporary. Anyone have any quick weight loss ideas?

Faster walking and uphill maybe. Maybe starving only half of a day and eating less.that's all i got, for healthier methods. good luck and, i hope your health is good in general

There's no such thing as quick weight lost. Depending on the goal weight you're trying to accomplish, you could easily lose a couple pounds or more a week by cutting down on fast carbs like sodas and the like. But even then be sure you're not starving yourself. Try to stick to a 2,000 colorie diet or on the lower end 1500, and be sure what you eat is filling. If jogging isn't for you, don't. Simply taking a walk, doing arm curls and streaches can help. Doing little things to push your muscles is what's ging to help you loose weight. And always consult a doctor before doing something drastic.

@RebeccasFarm If bloating is the issue, try to reduce your salt intake. It's essental to keep blood preasure up, but too much can cause bloating annd swelling. Try different foods, too. You might be eating something that's causing it. Over all, never try to rush it.

Good luck, my ankle and back are very poor and I cannot do alot of exercises as a result. I rely on eating less. I hope that you can find a way to lose those pounds.

I don’t know of any fast diets. I would suggest plenty of water and any exercise that you are able to do. Good luck.

I need some of the same but best ventures are things like lots of veggies and lean meat that is not fried. Both are a bit costly.

Good luck with this. I don't really have much idea about fast weight loss. If I try anything it all comes back twice as fast once I stop whatever diet I'm on.

You might want to watch your calorie consumption and consider trying intermittent fasting. I have done it in the past, and it proved to be quite effective for me.

Losing 5 pounds is possible approximately in a month (maximum time). The only challenge would it be it may not be from your abdomen area but would be overall. Airbiking is a good exercise for people who could not walk. It is like cycling an imaginary bike while lying on back. You could work on getting to an hour of doing it per day (you can take breaks or do in sets). It should help the flattening of abdomen area. When it comes to food , restrict any types of sugar and carbohydrates for 6 days , relying on mostly protein rich food with portion control. There are apps available to suit the minimum calories per day and then on 7th , you can have one small meal having a bit of carbohydrates. If you diligently follow , should lose 5 pounds in a month for sure. Good luck!

I do see and feel a difference when I stop eating the rice, pasta, bread (and the like) . . . but geez I love all those things so my will power does not last .

My sons say to me to do 4-5 kg weights lifting everyday. Walks. Less carbs eating. One large KETO meal a day. Stay active. Those are what they advice me. They all go to gym, too.

I would suggest, you go for a morning walk. First try for a week. Morning walk before you have your breakfast. I strongly believe that you will manage.
