Cal Is About to be Tanned

I don't know what's gotten into Cal this morning, but he's about to have one of his nine lives eliminated if he keeps up his crap this morning.
He came flying into my man room and jumped onto my desk, spilling my coffee. He jumped onto a table where I have my vape batteries charging and knocked it to the floor sending my batteries flying.
He ran into the living room and flew onto a TV tray and knocked it over.
Yep. I must say. Love him to death. But he's about to be tanned but good and be given what for and then some. Is it a full moon or something? Either that or something's got him.
***An older photo of Cal when he was our warehouse cat at work sitting in a chair in the breakroom waiting for some nibbles of our lunch.***

He just doesn't want you drinking coffee or vaping.

Seems he is over excited. Is he usually like this?

Maybe he had a wild dream? Cats...they do what they want to do!

@porwest
Maybe he is just testing you to see how much you can stand? Did you possibly leave some catnip somewhere he got in to? Did he find your vape? Hey, it's possible.

My first response would be for Cal... you are on the verge of eight lives only. Play at your own risk!
Now, my second response to Jim... full moon happened in the third week of this month. And after 3 to 4 days it will be a moonless night. Pet animals or even stay or jungle animals do tend to behave the way Cal did. We had a Rott and one day before a moonless night he behaved quite strangely. There was a point when it looked a bit fearsome to all of us.
There are scientific reasons for that, though going into that will slightly change the topic. And I am sure you know that. Seems to be your latest discussion on Monday. There's nothing like full moon or a moonless night.
What I remember is that, if a dog eats too much amount of sweet, like you can have a sweetened item especially with added sugar it can misbehave. Did Cal eat something like that? On second thoughts I am not sure if the same thing happens to cats as well.
We had a two month labrador. And he went flying around in the house the way Cal did. That incident just struck me.

That is the cutest pose I have seen. Peppie sleeps in odd poses too.

That's a cute picture. Cats and dogs all get zoomies from time to time. It's perfectly normal. I hope Cal didn't get punished!!! Have a good day.

Sam was like that...he would tear down the hallway and climb half way up the wall...bounce back...run back..then slide around the corner..once around the corner he would start walking normally like nothing ever happened. I have to say he rarely knocked anything over...but when he did he just walked away as if nothing happened. I miss him, but I don't miss all the hair everywhere..I mean I ran the sweeper and walked back through the living room and MORE hair. And do not miss cleaning the litter box, BUT if I was healthier and younger I would definitely have another one.
