I am on the verge of selling one of my condominium units in Quezon City Philippines. After two months, my condominium unit will be fully paid but I am already thinking of selling it. I am really in deep financial trouble because of my restaurant loss that made me indebted because of my credit cards.

Might be best, if that's the case, to cut it loose and take the money and hopefully it will help to set you on a better path.

@Neil43 The best plan is to downsize in some form or fashion and find a way to invest as large a portion of your proceeds as you can so that at least you are building a nice cushion for any future "issues." Most of the time, people's financial situations are made worse by simply not keeping enough of anything they earn, and when the SHTF, they are caught in a trap that is harder to get out of. Many large corporations, and the most successful ones, are ones who hoard quite a bit of cash so if business slows down they have something to fall back on to keep the business afloat. Running one's personal finances in similar ways is very helpful to navigate muddier waters.

It makes perfect sense to go ahead and sell it. Financial pressure is some of the worst kind of pressure.
