I just came in from outside a few minutes ago, and I take back my statement this morning about it feeling like fall out there.
It's back to feeling like it's summer again. It's eighty degrees. Sunny and hot.
Humid too, which is my least favorite part of Florida summers. Well besides the mosquitos. They are annoying too. But we have them much longer during the year than most places.
So it's still summer here. And I'm sure it'll be plenty warm Thursday when we take she child trick or treating.

Yep. Same here. I think it got up to 79 yesterday, but that's close enough. The house inside was a bit chilly but after I opened all the windows and let some of the warm air in from outside it rose the temperature in the house by 3 degrees. I am loving this. Haven't had to run air or heat for over a month now and that's saving a crapton on the energy bills, which is a plus. Plus I hate having the house shuttered.

@thislittlepennyearns It is 72 as I write this. Not sure what the high is supposed to be, but I thought I heard 80s.

It was nice earlier this morning too.
I love fall mornings and evenings. Even if the days are still stupidly hot.

Totally crazy temps here lately. Last night, down to 29. Today, up to 64, tomorrow, a record high of 80. Then the days start getting cooler again. Don’t like the weather here, just wait, as it will definitely change in just a few minutes!

We had about a week where the temps went down to 40s. But now we are lucky if it gets under 65.
