We went to the big Tesco again today. I got a trolley, got rid of the soft recycle, and went up on the lift.
First Mum got some flowers, Then I got an Artists and Illustrators magazine. Then I went and got 2 bottles of water and 3 prawn layered salads.
Mum wanted 2 pots of Multivitamins and Iron, so I got those, then I went and got some pads for my Mum and some panty liners for me, but they didn't have any long ones that I usually have, so I had to have some smaller ones.
Then we went to the fruit and veg section and got the usual stuff. I got some soy milk and Mum got some easy peelers. I couldn't get any edamame beans again.
Next I went and got my yoghurts, 2 bottles of milk for my Mum and some puddings for Sunday for my Mum and Syd.
After that we got some grated cheese and some mini pork pies. I went and got some tuna and sweetcorn sandwich spread for my Mum to put on tonight's jacket potatoes. Then we went to the vegan and ready meals isle. I got some tofu, 4 packets of Fridge Raiders meat free bites and some plant based pieces for Mondays lunch to go with some carrots and peas. My Mum got her own ready meals including a toad in the hole.
I got some ground ginger and cinnamon, then I got some udon noodles and soy sauce. I got a little tin of salmon and some leek and potato and golden vegetable cup-a-soup for Syd.
We got a half and half loaf, and then we went to the cakes. Mum got some egg custard tarts for her and Syd for supper, then she decided she wanted to go and sit down, so she gave me her shopping list, club card, some vouchers and £200. I went back a couple of isles to get my rice, because I'd forgotten it, then I went back to the cakes isle and I got some Mr Kipling Apple and Blackcurrant pies. My Mum was still at the end of the cakes isle, so I walked passed her and said hi!
I went to the teas and coffees isle and got some malted milk biscuits for my Mum, then I got some Matcha and camomile T-bags for me. Then I went to the cereal isle and my Mum was coming up in the other direction! When I got to her I said, We must stop meeting like this! I got some Alpen cereal with no added sugar for my Mum and some bran flake things for Syd.
Then I went to the frozen section and got some ice Lollies for my Mum and Syd, and some vegan magnum ice lollies for me. I also got some frozen chopped garlic for me. Then I went round the other side and got some mini boxed chips for Syd and some more jacket potatoes for my Mum. Then, further down, I got my Mum some mini cocktail sausages, and I got some salmon chunks for me.
Next I went to get myself some toilet paper, and then I went to pay. My Mum had £24 worth of money off vouchers and a double points voucher. That means plenty of money off with the club card aswell. After the deductions it came to just over £128
After I'd paid I went to sit with my Mum on a bench and I gave her her club card, double points voucher (which can be used twice), and her change. Then I went and swapped my book at the Tesco book swap. It was not yet 4:05pm when I went and sat on the bench. We went down on the lift at about 4:20pm.
When we got to the undercover car park, there was someone sitting on the bench, so.we had to stand by the window and wait for Syd. Just as he arrived the person on the bench decided to get up!
When we got home I unpacked the groceries and put them away. After dinner I put the recycle out ready for tomorrow. Later I washed up, then I put the new flowers out, and went out and put the old flowers and offcuts in the garden waste bin, which was at the end of the drive ready for the bin man tomorrow. I also went and put some recycle that I'd just washed up in the recycle bin aswell.
My Mum went out to the house group tonight again. Stuart who leads it came to pick her up. I put out the flowers and washed up and put the stuff in the recycle bins as above while she was out. Then I tested my Phantom of the Opera DVD to check it works OK. It came last week. Wynne Evans is in it. (He doesn't play the phantom, in case you were wondering! ) I just fast forwarded it a bit to a bit that Wynne was in and watched that! Anyway, it works OK, so that's good!
What have you lot been getting up to today?
I hope you are all well.
Nos da!
Have a great night.

Why don't they ever have those beans? There have been a lot of Phantom of the Opera versions done down through the years. I hope this is a good one.
I have been watching my grandson using his VR to play a video game. It's pretty interesting how it makes the scenes look realistic and each camera uses parts of a scene to present one to the watcher.

I don't know, I think they might be out of season.
Oh, yes, it's a good one. It's the 25th Anniversary version at the Royal Albert Hall, and it's got Wynne Evans in it, so ofcause it's a good one!
That sounds great.
I hope you are well.
Have a nice day.

That was a big shopping trip. Today I'm going to try and make a dent in the email address changes. Have a good day.

Yes, it was. I enjoy the shopping but I'm not that keen on the packing at the till. They check them through the tills so fast and it's stressful trying to keep up.
I hope you can get those email addresses sorted. It does seem to be taking a while. You'd think they'd make it easier to do, wouldn't you?
I did have a good day, thank you very much. Wynne Evans was on Strictly: It Takes Two, the companion show, today and he was lovely.
