Happy Halloween....and Boo! to you. I was just reading about an event I would love to go to Saturday, but it is really quite expensive. It is Bingo at a winery and it is for designer bags and clutches. They will have all kinds of food and drink as well..although I don't think the wine is included in the purchase price. I have another expensive thing I want to go to which is a Van Gogh immersive art exhibit in the city. They would both be great..but of the two I think I would prefer the Van Gogh. The other thing with the wine event would be driving after dark and it isn't very close to here. I could just stick the tickets on my credit card and forget about it..but it doesn't seem very responsible. Sigh! I wouldn't think twice if I could have done that focus group yesterday, and been paid for it..darn it all anyway! Any events you want to attend, and don't want to spend the money?

We are staying home and watching a spooky show or two. I have some snack foods that I am making. There are definitely things that I think of doing , but don’t want to spend the money.

Yeah, I usually try to stick to free or lower cost things. I do have some cash I could stick in the bank to cover this bingo event, but tomorrow I am going in the area where my favorite grocery outlet is,as I have an apartment shop and I was thinking of spending it there and just depositing the remainder if there is any. I always end up spending more than I should there.

We have nothing planned, we invited friends and they will be here at mid-November, so tonight it will be a spooky movie on TV for us. I would also choose Van Gogh, he is a painted I like.

Yes, spooky movie for me too. I had one picked out and forgot what it was, but I read about another one that sounds pretty good as well. I think I might go for that one

My sister and Amyra went to a similar Van Gogh event, and they loved it.

It looks really amazing I may go next week. It is a lot cheaper on a weekday than a weekend.

Hahahahaha why I got a bit scared after reading the "Boo" thing. Lol! I think everyone will say YES if there is an event that will cost us nothing. As long as you have extra cash you can always do what you want to do.

Yeah, but I am planning to buy a car next month. I can't really be spending money willy nilly.

No expensive events planned but I did spend big bucks getting new living room furniture. Hope you get to enjoy one of those events

Thanks, I am planning on the Van Gogh. I will just have to decide what day to go.

We often think we'd like to go to a concert but the price puts us off. The original price may not be too bad but then they add all sorts of offers and it goes up another third almost. That pisses us off and we decide not to go.

I think they recently passed a law here about eliminating upcharges and hidden fees on ticket prices.

@snowy22315 There was a big TV documentary on Live Nation and how they now have almost a monopoly of ticketing, venues, etc.

I can't think of anything, not much happens in a rural area.

I would love to travel; but I'm unable to. I would gladly spend the money. The Van Gogh exhibit sounds good. Have a great weekend.
