I have two questions: 1. How much is this going to cost him? Do you remember when he sued Hillary? That one cost him nearly $1 Million. 2. Just how awesome is Stephen Colbert's monologue going to be on Monday night? Or maybe even tonight. IF CBS's lawyers allow him to talk about it. And I hope they do. I want them to go to him and say, "Mr. Colbert, Sir, this lawsuit is a joke. It'll be dismissed and/or laughed out of court faster than you can say, 'Trump loses AGAIN and he's still frightened to death of Discovery!' In the meantime, feel free to talk about it all you want. Go out there and have $10 Billion dollars ((That's the amount Trump is seeking)) worth of fun at his expense. And Sir, I'm not a comedy writer or anything and I'm not trying to tell you how to run your show but I think it would be really funny if you printed up a huge bill full of itemized expenses, in the style of the big fake checks they give lottery winners and then present it to a Trump impersonater." But, even if they say the opposite, there is nothing stopping Jimmy Kimmel and Seth Meyers from doing it.
