High blood sugar down

November 2, 2024 7:25am CST
Hubby ate those sweet buns that have sweet fillings inside. He was hungry and said, "Ah, they won't hurt. Only a little bit of sweet kick." We got home. He checked his blood sugar. Whoa! The machine has no number for so called, "High" Later on, he mowed the lawn. Whipper-snipped the unreacheable tall grass. Mulched. And dug out some more weeds. Hoewed the grass clippings. Shoveled more wood chips around the 10 fruit trees and rose bushes. I went out to him and gave him iced distilled carbonated water with pineapple juice. The strong man has got to hydrate! At the end of the day, he said, "Hey, Hon. 8.1!". Tomorrow, I might suggest that he chops and run those branches I cut months ago through the mulcher machine. 5.5 count is attainable. And I'm glad he listens to his sweet woman of 37 years.

Because his woman is sweet, he listens! By the way, fruit juices also have sugar, and can increase the blood sugar level!

@anya12adwi yeah my mom would rather not eat than have chapati/ dalia at night. She makes chapati just for me because I am trying to reduce weight.

That is a lot of sugar! I’m sure it was tasty though.

Thanks! The home SodaStream carbonated drink made up for the hydration. Hubby felt refreshed.
