Good afternoon.

Well, I plan on finally getting it done. After putting off the bed for a month, it's time I washed the sheets. I used to do this every two weeks and I should get to it, but I'm doing all the work so I tend to want to put it off.
George is doing well. I've taken care of him. He's been medicated and fed. I just put on a race for him to watch that was recorded over six months ago. After I finish my posting here, I can get to work on the bedding and get it over with. Stripping the bed is easy, the hard part is putting sheets back on it.
The sun is out, so that's nice.

We have an all foam matress. I don't think I'd be able to do it by myself if it wasn't.

@celticeagle If we had an iner spring or spring matress period, I don't think I could lift it or move it by myself. When I lived at the Conklin center the first day I was having back pain and asked for help, and I was told 'no give it the college try' and that was a twin bed. What made the situation worse, I was basically told I wasn't allowed to socialize until I made my bed. Like, what the hell? George really can't help like he wants to, so I have to pace myself and won't do it if my back or legs are acting up.

It is a routine here to change the sheets fortnightly and send them to the laundry

@kaylachan We use our washing machine for other clothes but bedsheets go to the laundry.

@allknowing If I don't have to pay extra for it, I'll take it.

It was nice to see the sun for a while, It is gone now and dark clouds over the river, I guess perhaps there will rain tonight, I hope you can get your bedding done and both of you have a good evening,

I just finished it. I really shouldn't put off putting on the clean sheets after starting the laundry.
