I did not get around to scrambled eggs for breakfast. I had cookies and coffee. Bob slept in really late. When he was ready to eat, after his morning routine, I told him: "It is lunch time, why don't we eat the ham and scallop potatoes and some fruits and vegetables?" He got on board with that really quickly. He is going to make pasties for supper. That is a Cornish influenced hand held meat pie. We got the stuff yesterday. I had lost some plastic lids behind a large storage unit. He and I just moved it, and I am cleaning up some yucky places that were behind it. He is resting. The fruit we had was a tropical fruit plate that was marked down at the store yesterday. It was yummy--pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, honeydew and red grapes. I will cut what is left into pieces all together to take less room in the fridge. It is raining right now and that is okay, we need it. It clearly keeps me from working outside. I have plenty of indoor things to do though. It is just a really pleasant rainy day.
