I think I'm tricked :(

By an online site, not a survey site. I can see they are still looking for applicants from my country on our job sites and i applied a long time ago yet they contacted me for audio project on my language, saying they got a recommendation from another site where i did a similar audio project. They contacted me at the end of September, i think.
I emailed them a lot cause they wanted me to record myself only on a mobile phone and to open their app in incognito tab or incognito mode, imagine that. Then, there was some issue with their password for the app, i got the new one and they didn't reply but constantly reminding me to do my part.
I finally did it, they said they will let me know. That was on October 14 and since then, nothing. A week after that, i sent an email and i got a response that i have all the info i need to know in their documents in email. What email, i wondered so i asked again and asked can they forward me that and also answer my question about the date of payment.
After that, nothing. I'm sending now and then email. This was less hours and less payment; like 10ish dollars for entire project so, very mean of them.
I'm still gonna try contacting them but i think this will serve me as a reminder not to trust online job offers so much. I mean, those which are not checked.
10-15 dollars, real thieves

I wonder why you apply on such sites.It's so complicated.You need to search some business for which you need no investment.Or;something from which you can make a good income.I know a man here who resigned from a high post and started to prepare snacks at home and earns much more from his salary as an employee.

This was a side job and sometimes you need to risk it.well,that man had money so he could invest to something,you too. Me,i don't have a capital.i'm appliying mostly for offline jobs here and would appreciate your support,my friend

Have a good week too. I took the risk but for that small amount and mentioning my previous online employer as a reccomendation to me,i thought they were okay.today,i received an email that i will receive my payment within 4-5 weeks.if i don't get it,i can contact them.why wouldn't i get it,i wonder.

you need to double-check many sites, giiirl 
i got scammed many times during my college years. i spent whole month of reading some articles and then inviting my friends and family to that site where the, can read it. i was supposed to get 1.800 USD --- toobad it never happened. that's my "worst" experience

Sorry to hear that!There are many such job scams. Go with trusted job sites and take up assignments from there. I too had my share once. Since then I look at the records online and unless trusted do not give them a try. There were few sites who reach out for writing assignments and spoke of revenue sharing and big earnings , but then when checked with some , none of them earned through them. Later they holded in an year. And there are some who will only talk through WhatsApp and not through regular calls , thats as well a red flag. At least you did not lose money. There are many who have lost money . I know someone who lost $5000 alongwith time and effort. Take care
