Do you remember when everyone DIDN'T carry around a water bottle or a Stanley cup?
I remember when I had one friend who carried a water bottle, then I started carrying one bc of some medication that gave me horrible dry mouth. Now it seems like you can't go anywhere without your water. So what changed?

We live active fast-paced lives. We're on the go more now then ever before. ehydration is real and affects people in different ways. Many americans are dehydraded. So carrying water is important to staying alive and being busy.

People are far more environmentally conscious, which is nice to see. I had dry mouth too, so I used to carry around a water bottle constantly, but I’d just recycle the bottle. Eventually, I started using Biotene which alleviated my dry mouth. If not for that, I’d have probably gotten one of those too.

I have noticed that many persons carry a water bottle with them when they are either walking on the street or riding in a car.

i used to have water bottle with me always, since school days. nowadays i see that more people have stanley cups or just something random for water. i think it's because of "influencers" and "health experts" who are saying that we need to drink looooots of water

They became trendy for sure, but they already existed. They were just only carried around during sports or a hike, something like that. Not just for out running errands or going to a friend's house.

I always make sure to carry an insulated water bottle. Staying hydrated is essential.
