Well, it was an accident

I was putting the shopping away yesterday and knocked a carton of eggs to the floor. I have tile floors in the kitchen, so they all cracked. I salvaged those eggs, putting them in a sealed container. Today I whipped them up, added spinach and Parmesan cheese and baked them in muffin cups. I made ten of them. That is breakfast for the week. I have not done this before, but have read about it online. I am ready to go eat now. I woke up at 4:30 fall back time. That would have been 5:30 last week, the time I have been getting out of bed. I need to do a few things around the house, then I am ready to go to work. I will make it a good day. You do the same.

Lucky to have been able to salvage them. I’d have probably wound up tossing them.

How does one toast eggs? I never heard of that method. I am going to make a different method using eggs this week

That was a good idea. I woke up to my TV blaring a tornado warning, but when I didn’t hear any sirens I knew it wasn’t for my part of the county. I sure wish you could have slept longer.

We're going out for lunch so it should be a nice day for us. Sorry about the eggs but you turned a negative into a positive.

With the price of eggs these days, that incident would have horrified me. lol. But at least you were able to salvage them. With cats around and hair all over the place even when the house is clean, I don't think I'd have been able to salvage them. I am assuming some of the eggs remained partially in the shells, so it wasn't like you necessarily had to take them off the floor.
