Saraland Alabama residents Bryce and Breanna Hoven were inside of their home when a bear got on his hind legs and rolled the trash can down the road on
Sunday October 27.
Bryce mentioned that the bear managed to roll the trash can to a neighbors lawn before lying down and eat the trash out of the can since I am that the bear was hungry since due to the acts of taking away their homes, the bears are coming to eat food where they can find it even if it is from a trash can.
No one was hurt in the incident involving the bear and the trash can.

I am in agreement with you that the bear was hungry due to lack of food in his home.

@Deepizzaguy that is right. I do not think they will just go there if not for a mission of looking for food

I saw some people put up motion activated Halloween skeletons that makes noise when triggered. As the bear goes for the trash can, the sensor activates, and the noise from the skeleton scares the bear away. Maybe more people should try that. I’d hate to see a bear linger near the food source and have a clash with a human.

I understand that bears cannot stand noise.

Glad no one was harmed. Animals come down closer to the towns because they are hungry. I hope they continue to act nicely so the authorities feel a need to kill them. That always worries me.

I am sure that animal control persons do not want to kill a bear or gator at all.

it's good that nobody was hurt, but it's our, human, fault such things happen.

That is true since many animal control officers are telling people that by destroying the forests, the animal will take over the houses of humans.

That is true since cartoon character Yogi bear is known for grabbing food from humans.

I wonder why the bear rolled the trash bin down the road, and didn't just upend it right where it was.
Maybe, it was thinking about what to do, and how to get into the bin, to try to find some scraps of food there. Rolling time was thinking time, then.

The bear wanted to eat food from the trash can and it appeared that the bear could only get the food by jumping on the trash can.

I'm glad no one was injured. Bears take advantage of any opportunity to get food.

That is true since bears are kind of like the cartoon character Yogi bear who saw food to eat and he was able to get food from humans.
