I have been busy pretty much all day and now my laptop isn't working very well so you are just going to have to bare with me. I haven't been that hungry today but I made sure everyone else got a good dinner. They got spaghetti and meatballs and homemade garlic bread. Dinner was under $12 for everyone and there was stuff to freeze. That's what went on the table here. What did you have for dinner?

I made baked chicken thighs with a fried potato medley that I put onions, mushrooms, red bell pepper and zucchini in. It was good eats!

For the 4th, I had some quiche with chips and beans. Keep it simple I say!
