I made an attemept to make chocolates but they did not turn out the way you see in the image. The recipe called for coca butter which I could not find. I used ghee instead. Chocolate making is easy as long as you know the right consistencfy My niece who had gone for some cooking classes had learn how to make them and passed on the recipe to me. I do not have that recipe with them now as it was a long time ago that I had attempted. But youtube has them if you are interested. Talking about home made chocolates I bought them at a Mall in Australia They were in a creel and I bought a kilo. They remained firm until I reached home, days after. Image credit:

I like making home made chocolates into molds. Me and my friends sell those when we were in college to get extra funds

Sounds good to me if they tasted good. Right at this minute I have a tray of toasted walnuts with chocolate chips. I hope they make little candies. If they do not I will eat them anyway.

Since you tried with ghee , that would mean you made it into Indian sweet :) . Either ways , I appreciate good cooking and baking attempts. You can get cocoa butter online . Youtube has few videos on baking chocolates but sometimes they do not explain in deep .For example , if X is not available what do we do etc. I was never aware chocolate making is easy. Perhaps you are being humble. Have not see much of my bake experts try making chocolates. So next time you do share the attempt with cocoa butter. And I pretty sure the baker in you will bake some good chocolates! Have a great day ahead!

And by the way chocolates are not baked. They are cooked. Just because I used ghee that does not make it Indian (lol) Chocolates are chocolates.
