From the favored one to the one who looked like a terrible loser. Not even in bad dreams, could one have imagined India going down 0-3 to Kiwis in a test series and at home. Big reasons : Rohit Sharma and King Kohli apart from R Ashwin failing miserably. Apart from a few good knocks from Gill, Jaiswal and Pant, others could not get going much. Bowlers did try but without a good score, how far would they have gone. Yet a good show by Tom Latham and his tough fighting team. Especially Mitchell Santner, Rachin Ravindra, Ajaz Patel and others. Lots of introspection and probing questions for the Indian team. And well, Pat Cummins and his Aussie team waiting for them in Australia. Big big challenge. But may be a rise like Pheonix!!
