A lot of talk about politics tonight at church. A lot of good food, too. My stomach has been feeling weird since earlier this afternoon, and my head started feeling weird this evening. I had better not be coming down with something!

I'm surprised that I ate as much as I did, but it was all good. I got to bring a bit of it home, too.

Tomorrow I am staying home, though I do have a phone appointment at 1 p.m. tomorrow afternoon. 4,413 steps today. Not the goal, but I was tired and sore. "Good night" from here, and I will "See" you myLotters when its tomorrow (Thursday, November 7th) in California!

Even on a bad day you have increased your step counts by over 1000. Thats definitely remarkable! Well, it is definitely politics thats going to be discussed for next few days across the world and social media. As for your health , perhaps you had something which did not go well with your digestion. It happens especially when you cross the usual limits in place by our body. It has happened a few times to me as well. I am sure it would have happened to most. Perhaps a good rest and good night sleep should help you to get better. Hopefully you will be better tomorrow. I hope it all goes well and pain will go away. My parents also went to church but the didn't eat food just for services. They do eat food at church every Saturday though. I also try to keep track of my steps but I forgot this time
