Dinner would be a nice way to wrap up the day. I had a comforting pasta, tasty stir-fried with lots of veggies-mushrooms, cabbage leaves, capsicum, and spring onion. Then, I ended the day with a bit of quiet time to unwind and introspect.
What is your comfort meal?
What did you have for dinner?

@grenery8 I haven't had kimchi but I kinda thought people other than Asians can't generally tolerate spicy food

By comfort meal do you mean those meals which take less time to cook? I think then comfort food will be maggie or chowmin. In Dinner every night I have chapatis with vegetables like brinjal curry or ladies finger curry or parval curry

Oh yes. However recently, I was having some skin problems and the dermatologist suggested me to tone down on chocolates

Pasta is always a comfort meal. I had a Buffalo chicken and Swiss cheese sandwich. Have a good day.

That sounds like a good meal. I just had corned beef for dinner, and I am having a cup of green tea right now.
