Elon Musk paid voters

He got around it by paying them to register to vote. To me it still is not right. But he didn't pay them directly to vote. Some might not have.

I don't understand what he was doing there at all. But it seems he may have induced people to sign up to vote under the false impression they had a chance of winning $1million. But I guess persuading people to sign up to vote is not the same as bribing them to vote for a particular candidate - although of course if the people targeted are more likely to vote a certain way, that could be the outcome.

He did not pay them to vote, just to register. He didn’t say who to vote for.

This is felony in my country. It can´t be done. Corrupt judges can look the other way if they are paid. But that amount of money cannot be given without being noticed. Disgusting. But nothing not disgusting can be expected from Musk. I´m sad for his children.
