Very happy with the gas prices yesterday

I got it for 2.95 per gallon in the city and some places had it for less. I saw a 2.79 sign, and who knows what it was at Costco, it could have been 2.65. I wonder how low they will go? I guess as long as some idiot doesn't go bombing refineries..or some such thing, they might keep dropping. I hope so as I do alot of driving.

@LadyDuck Some people who live in urban areas don't drive much here. I knew a guy who lived in the city who had a car, but he only took it out maybe once a week for groceries, or to go out of town.

@snowy22315 It should be a little less than yours. It’s always 4 cents more expensive in my sister’s city though.

@AmbiePam Yes, we are good in terms of gas prices, but other states have it for less. It is probably cheap in Tenn. In the Southwestern part of VA it is always alot less than other places in the state, especially NOVA.

Are you serious? I have not even seen $3 in years . . . we are still in the mid $4 range! We drive a lot too - $2something would be very helpful.

i think the gas in Pittsburgh is a lot more expensive. i told my sister how i was reading Pittsburgh is in the top 16% of most expensive areas to live in the country a few weeks ago and she said part of that is because of the amount people who drive pay for gas here. First time i am thrilled i am too nervous to have a license to drive!

Yes, Gas is quite a bit more in PA and WVA as a rule. Ohio may be a little better, but not by much. VA has decent gas prices..and many other states do as well.

@snowy22315 Ohio is better enough than PA as I know somebody who lives near the-Pa-Ohio border and says sometimes the gas stations are full of PA license plates cars who are taking advantage of saving a few pennies on gas I don't live near Ohio and my sister lives farther away from it than me so she can't get gas there. But she is satisfied with the price at Sam's Club. Have a super great weekend!

Our gas prices in the city are generally under three dollars, and about 50c cheaper down around Fort Knox.

Happy for you. When fuel prices drop, prices of other commodities are likely to drop too. I hope they continue droping!
